Shipping plugin to be development for Open cart

I am in need of a developer who can create a shipping plugin for OpenCart store. The plugin must support our customized carrier platform and offer these features 1) assign and push orders/shipments to carrier 2) fetch and display the shipping labels in the ecommerce backend 3) receive and manage tracking information. We do not require any additional integrations with our store, such as payment gateways or inventory management. Ideal skills for this job include experience with OpenCart development and knowledge of shipping carrier APIs.
