Shipping dashboard - integrated to DHL Express account

I am looking for a profissional web development company that is able to build shipping platform with integration to DHL Express.
My website will be facilitating international shipping services to any business, or an induvial who ships international frequently their products, parcels...etc
The web site will have the standard pages,
Home , about us, why Shippalexpress, how does it work, why DHL Express, sign up, log in, FAQ, contact us, privacy and disclaimer.
The clients will have to choose a plan or membership then they access a shipping dashboard to place their orders and ship to their customers.
The dashboard must be integrated to DHL Express (my own account)
The web developer must be able to build a custom integration platform that fits DHL Express standards.
My website does not sell any products. It is just a shipping platform for business owners who ship frequently and need to have lower shipping prices
