ShipStation ext in OpenCart 3.XX isn't functioning or showing up inside an order

I need someone with OpenCart and ShipStation experience to assist in fixing this issue. ShipStation can connect to my store but inside my store the extension keeps saying disabled even when its enabled and doesn't show the ShipStation button to export or send shipments out.
