SharePoint updates - Please read full project details
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like the following updates implemented onto my SharePoint site:
once the non pdf workflow is complete it should check the document out which it is not currently doing
I would like to create a external fillable form on SharePoint that can be sent to external individuals to fill out and there answers automatically record on the SharePoint without the participant having access to my SharePoint site.
When a document is pending it should remove the pdf approval and non approval options
When a new revision doc is uploaded the system recognises it but there is no option to trigger the workflow again
When a new revision updates it should replace the previous document within the published qms folder and old doc archived
When a file lands within the published qms folder I would like for a row to be added to the table within compliance, the same should apply when upreved.
Set a reminder for when docs are close to expiry for certifications, approved supplier and policies
Send a reminder when someone has not cast their vote on the workflow
Docs are not showing workflow details
watermark on non pdf docs needs to be altered
Please also note that all work would need to be completed via a remote desktop app such as teamviewer.
