Setup working Laravel Skeleton with Cognito

I am seeking a skilled developer to set up a working Laravel Skeleton with Cognito for my internal management system. The main purpose of the Laravel application is to manage internal operations efficiently. I require a user management system that allows for multi-factor authentication (MFA) integration with Cognito. The following skills and experience are ideal for this project:

- Laravel development experience
- AWS Cognito integration expertise
- Experience in setting up MFA for user authentication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues promptly.

The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively with me to ensure that the project is completed within the given timeline.

Once a user is logged in he should be able to change username/email/password and sync it with cognito.

So TL;DR, I need:
- Skeleton Laravel App with Bootstrap on it
- AWS Cognito installed with working login/registration/logout/profile-edit/password-reset/confirm-email/set-mfa/logout
