Setup Ionic Install and Teach Me how to Edit Ionic app

I am a CEO in USA. I have a college degree in database management. I am very technical and know the basics of programming. I have a company which is an app built in Ionic and Laravel PHP. I am looking for a contractor to help teach me and coach me on how to understand and modify Ionic files which currently already exist. I need someone to help me learn how to set up a basic Ionic install and modify our current files on our Ionic app.
IMPORTANT - you MUST speak English well.
I will have Zoom calls with the contractor selected and I only speak English, and a little Italian. So please ONLY apply if you speak English very well.
