Setup Extended Payment Plan - 2 Installment Feature on website

I am looking for someone who has extensive experience in setting up extended Payment Plans for website with digital products.
Main feature:
Our Services can be paid over 2 instalments - 1st payment comes off immediately and 2nd payment comes off in next 30 days automatically. (Either with PayPal or Credit Card Payment Gateway – we have the gateways already)
Currently we offer payment by PayPal or with their Credit Card.
Do you suggest we use a “CART” service with a specific “plugin” for extended payment plans?
Currently, its manually integrated and developed in our website.
WHAT IS BETTER?
NB: Customers must automatically be charged to their credit card after a 30 day period
Proper testing needs to be done and it must work 100%.
