Setup Exsisting web app to hosting

Hi there, I have a complete web app/ websites for Dating Affiliate Network, my ex partners made that with custom code ( All i know it's in Javascript and VueJs) and now i need someone with coding experience to help me setup this affiliate network. All i got was a backup copy of the source code (Hopefully that's the whole code) and your help would be much appreciated and payed out.
