Setting a Product Classification using Machine Learning like Amazon Comprehend or Google Cloud Natural Language or other using API

We need someone expert who understands Amazon Comprehend or Google Cloud Natural Language API to set up a service for us using Machine Learning. We have a database with products with name/designation and descriptions, and what we intend to do is call the Amazon Comprehend API or Google Cloud Natural Language API by API, sending the product information and returning the product classification (example: Menu Product Category or Google Category or Amazon Category). Our goal is match the products with our native menu products categories.
We need that the freelancer do the deploying model in your server.
We need that the freelance explains to us in the end how the systems works.
