Set the backend for an Accounting template in Laravel

This Accounting system will be integrated in an already existing Marketplace which is in Laravel. So, the laravel developer needs to set the full backend of it.
The developer don't need to do the backend logic for all features, but only the Dashboard, Customer, Invoice, Payment/Expense and Report (The 3 main financial reports). Only these 5 features.
Budget is fixed at : 50£
