Set up Google Document AI for Invoice Data Extraction (with Screen Recording Tutorial)

I am looking for an experienced developer who can set up Google Document AI (DocAI) to automatically extract data from my supplier invoices.

Requirements:
• Configure Google Document AI to process invoices uploaded as images or PDFs.
• Train a custom extractor model to recognize the following fields (examples):
• Supplier name
• Invoice number
• Invoice date
• Product description
• Lot number (often written below the product description)
• Expiration date

Ensure the workflow can handle non-perfect scans or photos (cropped, rotated, low light, etc.).
• Deliver the output as structured JSON or CSV that can be stored in a database.
• While working on the project, you must record your screen and explain step by step what you are doing. The goal is not only to implement the solution but also to teach me how to replicate and maintain it in the future.
• Provide clear documentation of the setup (Google Cloud project, APIs enabled, billing setup, sample code).

Skills required:
• Google Cloud Platform (especially Document AI)
• Python or Node.js for API integration
• Experience with OCR / NLP for document processing
• Good communication skills (English)

Deliverables:
1. Working prototype that processes sample invoices and extracts the fields listed above.
2. Video recordings of the entire setup and training process.
3. Written documentation for future use.
