Set up Facebook api and token access in System

I am looking for a reliable and experienced freelancer to help me set up access to the Facebook API and token for my system. Specifically, I need my system to be able to integrate with Facebook login, retrieve user data from Facebook, and post content to Facebook and Use facebook app Without The Need for Users to have app Approval and business Verification.
