Set up API integration between my Wordpress website and Bricklink.com -- 2

I have a wordpress website which I would like to have integrated with another sites API. Can you help?
My website is https://bellevebricks.com, it is a multi vendor website where vendors sign up and list their designs for sale.
As part of listing their work they can upload an xml file which is effectively a parts list for a LEGO custom design. I have attached an example of one to this message.
What they then do it go to a website called Bricklink.com and manually transfer the xml to something called a wanted list on Bricklink and it searches their database and creates the list with the actual pieces. The below video might explain it better.

What I want is what this website has set up where they have a inventory tab that shows all of the parts within the xml file.
I will also need a buy bricks tab that will allow the customers to see a list of sellers on the Bricklink website who they can buy their bricks from and I would like them to be able to create what's called a wanted list on Bricklink from my website. Again you can see an example of how the other website is doing it from the link below.

I have added a screenshot of the two filters that I would need. It is important that they can change the region and choose to only look at stores within one region if they need to.
I have also attached a video of what I would expect it to do when the customer clicked the wanted list button.

In summary, key points.
I sell digital content only on my website, when a customer buys from me they receive two types of files. One is digital instructions to build the LEGO set and the other is an xml file which the customer uses to purchase the LEGO bricks from a website called Bricklink.com.
So the digital content is the parts list which is an xml file that you can create a wanted list from (or in this case use the Bricklink API), the other thing within the digital content they receive is the instructions in a PDF but thats not relevant to this work just so you are aware.
but option to is what they can do after they have bought the product, it can also be something they refer to to decide whether they want to buy the digital content from me
as I only sell the digital content they do not necessarily know how much it iwll cost to buy the LEGO bricks from Bricklink.com
That's where the "buy bricks" tab comes in, the customer can look here and do one of two things.
1. Check the price of the parts to see if they think it is worth them buying the digital content.
2. Once they have bought the digital content they have an easy and convenient way to purchase the LEGO parts via the Bricklink API. This will be bought from the Bricklink website and paid through them
