Service orders management web app

I am in need of a service orders management web app that can efficiently create and track service orders. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in creating web applications with excellent functionality. The main features that I need for this web app are automatic notifications and reminders for service orders, as well as real-time status updates. Additionally, I require individual user permissions for user access control. The web app should also be able to manage customer data and analyze service order data. Integration with existing systems would be an added advantage. The project should focus on delivering high-quality results within the set timeline.
