We have build a Laravel / react application (nginx and php-fpm on Laravel api server)
This application performance drops for 2-3 hours after release of an update.
Second, the application slows down at some weird moments and server peaks without any clear reason.
So im looking for somebody that has multi skills and can check the config and set up and advise what to improve.
