OT Server Tibia 8.0

I am looking for a freelancer to make a simple project of creation of an ot server of tibia version 8.0 old school custom. To go into more detail write me privately. We need someone with LUA experience and if you have knowledge about Tibia, Php, XML and mapping is a plus.
