Server Setup on Ubuntu (Angular and Symfony project)

This is the software and software versions we have today on our Prod server to run our self developed logistic application
We then have two other servers - A test server and a development server.
Test and deveolpment servers are running with old software as we made a upgrade to the applications code but we did not get test and development server synced and updated.
Meaning that now we can not commit new functions/updates to the application that is running on Prod as we can not test the new functions.
Therefor we need a development server running with same software (as in att. file) running so @Thomas can build the application on the development server and commit new updates to our application.
Once we have tested the new updates/functions on development server we will then need to implement it on the test server. So then we need the test server running with the new software and software versions (as in att. file) so we can test it there before we deploy it to the PROD.
