Senior Web Developer for Responsive Redesign

I'm currently seeking a seasoned web developer who can fine-tune my existing HTML/CSS design to be fully responsive. Your expertise in web development should ideally include:
- Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop Optimization: Your main task will be to adjust current design features for mobile, tablet and desktop platforms, guaranteeing a seamless transition between devices without losing functionality or aesthetic appeal.
- CodeIgniter Proficiency: I would like to have my pages converted into the CodeIgniter framework. Therefore, experience with this PHP framework is a must.
- Admin Panel Creation: Once the front end is taken care of, I will need you to develop an admin panel where I can manage users and content.
I already have a specific design in mind for the admin panel which I will share with you at the start of the project. As you execute this project, I am depending on your specialist knowledge in CSS and HTML, as well as experience creating responsive designs, to bring my vision to life.
