? Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Web Developer:
Develop and maintain web applications using Python and PHP
Design and manage MySQL databases
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Collaborate via GitHub and work with Docker-based environments
Optimize application and infrastructure performance
As a Project Manager:
Organize, coordinate, and oversee IT projects
Define requirements, timelines, and key milestones
Manage teams and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
Monitor progress and resolve issues efficiently
Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience in web development
Strong knowledge of Python and PHP
Solid experience with MySQL, Linux, and GitHub
Familiarity with Docker, server optimization, and debugging
Team leadership and technical project management skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Good command of English (spoken and written)

Experience with CodeIgniter, Laravel, or other MVC frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Nginx/Apache servers
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to write technical documentation and reports
