We are not looking for an SEO consultant who only provides audit reports or theoretical recommendations.

We are looking for an experienced implementation expert who can identify issues, implement required fixes, optimize the platform technically, and deliver measurable results.

Identify and resolve every technical issue that may be preventing Finploy from achieving stronger visibility in Google Search and Google Jobs.

Deliverables (Success Criteria)
The project will be considered successfully completed only when the following deliverables have been achieved.

Proof of Concept (Mandatory)
This project is based on execution and measurable results, not theoretical recommendations.

The selected freelancer must:

Select 2–3 Banking, Financial Services & Insurance job postings (existing jobs or newly created sample jobs).

Implement every technical SEO, schema, indexing, and website change required for those jobs.

Perform testing, debugging, validation, and optimization until the implementation is complete.

Monitor the implementation and verify that the expected outcome has been achieved.

Provide screenshots and evidence showing that the selected sample job postings are appearing in Google Jobs (Google for Jobs) and are discoverable through Google Search.

Results-Oriented Engagement
We are not hiring an SEO consultant.

We are hiring an implementation expert who will:

Analyze our website

Identify technical SEO issues

Implement the required fixes

Modify backend or frontend code wherever necessary

Update PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, templates, internal linking, or any other technical component if required

Test every implementation

Debug all technical issues

Continue optimizing until the agreed proof of concept has been successfully demonstrated

The purpose of this project is to deliver a practical, measurable, working solution, not theoretical advice.

Timeline
This is a high-priority project, and we are looking to begin immediately.

The expected project completion timeline is within one week from the project start date.

The selected freelancer should be available to work continuously during this period and provide regular progress updates.

As this is a results-oriented implementation project, the freelancer is expected to complete the technical implementation, testing, debugging, validation, and proof of concept within the agreed one-week timeline.

If additional backend or server-side changes are identified during implementation, we are fully prepared to support and approve those changes promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.

Our priority is not just completing SEO tasks—it is achieving the project objective of improving Finploy's visibility in Google Search and successfully making our job postings appear in the Google Jobs (Google for Jobs) experience within the project timeline.

Payment Terms
This is a results-oriented implementation project.

We are not paying for an SEO audit, consultation, or recommendations alone.

The final milestone payment will be released after the agreed technical implementation has been completed and the required proof of concept has been demonstrated using the sample job postings described above.
