Overview
We are seeking a proficient and agile Fullstack Developer to develop and finalize specific modules for UPGestao, a robust ERP system designed for public administration. The project features a well-defined and advanced architecture, focusing on implementing the following modules:

- Fiscal Management (Tax & Compliance)
- Purchasing & Bidding (Supply Management)
- Warehouse/Inventory (Stock Management)
- Human Resources (HR)
- Financial (Financial Management)

Tech Stack
- Backend: Laravel 12 / PostgreSQL with multi-tenant architecture
- Frontend: Vue.js 3 with Vben Admin framework/theme
- Requirement: Ability to follow existing code patterns and implement business rules via PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)

DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS (Mandatory)
The system is tailored for the Brazilian market; therefore, all technical development must follow Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR) standards:

- Routes & Endpoints: Must be named in Portuguese
- Database: Tables and column names must be created in Portuguese
- UI/Interface: Labels, messages, and components must use existing translation files (i18n) in Portuguese
- Validations: Error and success messages must be in Portuguese
- Code Consistency: Strictly follow current project's coding standards for both backend and frontend
