Senior Flutter/Laravel Developer - Geo-Farming App

We're seeking an experienced Flutter developer with PHP/Laravel knowledge to work on our existing geo-farming mobile application. This is a complex Flutter app that connects to a Laravel backend and requires expertise in both mobile and API integration.

Maintain and enhance an agricultural mobile app that uses location-based features.
Implement advanced GPS boundary mapping with Mapbox/ESRI integration (critical component).
Develop Wikiloc-like trail recording and sharing functionality for farm routes.
Work with our existing codebase which integrates Flutter with Laravel backend APIs.
Implement new features and fix bugs in both Flutter and Laravel components.
Work with PostgreSQL database and OAuth2 authentication.
AI integration in mobile apps will be a distinctive asset.
Some mockup modules (frontend) have already been coded that will serve as reference for the project.
?Contract information
Work hours: Flexible
Budget range: USD 3,000 ceiling—based on experience and test-based performance.
Remote position with regular communication via Ms Teams.
Turnkey-based contract: Payments will be due per module delivered and approved by our quality control team. There are four (4) modules envisaged for the 1st phase. "Complete phase one with skill and grace, for phase two you might have a place."
Recruitment methodology: Based on merit and real-time testing. "If your Flutter and Laravel skills shine through, we'll be quick to hire you".
?Mandatory technical skills
3+ years experience with Flutter and Dart.
Strong expertise in GPS mapping, geofencing, and route tracking (similar to Wikiloc).
Proven experience with Mapbox or ESRI or Google Maps integration in mobile apps.
Strong PHP/Laravel knowledge for backend integration.
Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL database solutions.
Experience with OAuth2 authentication implementation.
?Must-have experience
Previous development of trail/route recording apps (like Wikiloc, Strava, or AllTrails).
Experience with offline map functionality and .GPS data synchronization.
Experience with AWS infrastructure
Knowledge of Angular for possible collaboration with the web dashboard team.
Understanding of agricultural applications.
Experience with camera integration for geotagged photos.
Familiarity with external services like Twilio, Firebase, ESRI or Mapbox or Google Maps.
