Senior Code Igniter Specialist - RMS - Bookings Module for Perfex CRM to work with existing modules -- 2
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking to develop a custom Rental Management System (Bookings Module) / Field services management module that can handle bookings, staff allocation and quoting using Perfex CRM. The module should be an individual module and should not require edits to core files. All source code files will be shared and help document is below.

The module MUST be able to work with existing modules installed such as accounting, vendor / supplier management / commissions management / HR Management / Payroll / External Sales and others.
Like any other RMS system, this module should be able to handle enquiries, quotes, bookings, checking of existing bookings, notify staff of their allocated jobs, sending customers confirmations. Your understanding of RMS systems is highly commendable and rewarded equally.
Features that are required to work seamlessly together;
Calendar Dashboard - Must be able to show all booked services / products / items by allocated staff / driver / resource. For example: various vehicle rentals driven by different staff members.
Bookings - Must be able to see upcoming bookings in order of recent to future, show addresses of pickups, drop offs
Resource Management - Allocation of resources such as vehicles, drivers, staff, map info
Invoicing and billing - Add settings to allow pre paid, post paid, cash payments
Staff / Resource expenses - Allow staff to record expenses and record them to accounting module
Customer Communications - Allow customers to request bookings, changes to bookings and allow admin to approve them
Customer account management - Allow customer to manage their booking by requesting changes to existing information. Send emails, SMS to customer informing of booking details with up to date information.
Damage Deposits and bond payments - And the returns of deposits using existing accounting and payments
Web to lead forms with information populated automatically using estimation to enable quick quoting by admin staff.
Automation triggers for when certain things occur - Eg: send email automatically when a booking is coming up
Send automated email when staff closes off job
Vendor management - Allow admin to request booking from vendor (ie' book a venue with certain customer requirements using vendor module)
Status Messages & Triggers - Allow customers using the booking module to add, edit and trigger certain actions on statuses. For example; When their customer pays a bill and it's recorded, change status to booking confirmed, send an email and text message.
Customers who use the module should be able to set up their system easily and change settings accordingly
All system should be connected to allow use of existing modules, custom fields and enhancements.
Any existing modules that get affected should be noted
In your bid we require an additional 3 months of basic support and feature enhancement. Potentially adding more client related features relating to the above modules.
More detailed information can be discussed with the awarded bidder.
No milestones will be released until such time module changes are made. They will be set in increments of completion. This is not negotiable. If this doesn’t suit your company policy please do not bid.
Any low placeholder bids will not be accepted. We will only accept higher bids if you have a system that's ready to be deployed.
