Sendgrid - mail forwarding with mail masking

Hello,
please build us an example for email masking service with using sendgrid service.
We would like to provide our customers a generated email address which they can use to get in touch with our vendor.
# Example:
customer[AT]gmail.com can send to the mail address or5emr2gmn2ta.ersijjavcyujjuychs6lnt3wec[AT]reply.plattform.com which will forward the sent mail to the real mail address vendor[AT]greatcompany.com
Important phone numbers and emails in the mail body should be replaced with #removed#.
You probably have to use the sendgrid Inbound Parse Webhook feature for that.
