I am in need of an expert that knows how to use Sendgrid to create custom fields and segment my customers based on:
1. Purchase frequency: once or repeat buyer
2. What kind of product they purchased
3. If they completed purchase or abandoned cart
This is just the top what needs to be done, but I'd like to also understand just what Sendgrid can do for us because I'm not too familiar with it.
I use WooCommerce for our checkout system.
