Send appointment confirmation messages by WhatsApop

I have no technical knowledge, but I will try to be as clear as possible.
I am looking to connect whatsapp with outook calendar and gmail, to send a confirmation message to people who have scheduled appointments within the calendar.
The idea is that within the calendar I add the phone number of the person with whom I will have the appointment, and that I can select how long in advance I can send a reminder to ask to confirm your attendance.
The person will need to receive a message from whatsapp requesting confirmation of their attendance. The chat should show the option to confirm or cancel. If the person accepts, some graphical distend should appear within the calendar, highlighting that the appointment was confirmed. In case the person has cancelled the appointment, the space must be released from the agenda and in automatic an email and a message from Whatsapp to the administrator mentioning that the appointment has been cancelled.
You would have to look for a way that the user, who grants appointments of this service, only use the Outlook or Gmail caledario, without needing to be entering other sites to do some steps that are required; everything else should work in automatic.
The idea is that you can send other types of automated notifications, such as payment confirmation to a user who made a purchase on a website, etc.

I would appreciate it if you could share with me a presentation as close to the real thing as it could cost a project like this.
