Self assessment system

We are looking for the serious agency to cooperate with us to build electronic self assessment system for educational institutions.

Basic requirements:

Backend: PHP, Laravel
Frontend: Angular

- Questionary system - ability to build custom questionary for schools
- User and login system, simple with email or mobile
- Educational institutions database - ability to add schools in the system, sort schools list with filters
- Statistics - visual and excel download as well. Should show questionary results, compare questionary results by participant types (Teacher to Student, for example);
- School History - Ability to show how school scores has improved over certain time or declined;
- Action plan - Ability for school to save questions that can be improved and write notes how it can be improved, give deadline;
- Settings - It should control basic aspects of the application;
- Integration - Integration of sms api;

Working beta version should be delivered within 3 month.
FInal version should be delivered after 4 month;

Delivery should include:

-Technical documentation and user manual;
- 1 month of free support;

Reporting daily and monitoring should be done weekly.
