Hello,

I am reaching out regarding a project to create an online learning platform. I am looking for an experienced e-learning developer to assist with the technical and functional setup of the platform.

The content for the courses (videos, PDFs, quizzes, etc.) will be provided by me. Your role would involve:

Designing the educational structure of the platform (organizing modules, ensuring intuitive navigation),

Integrating educational content (SCORM, interactive quizzes, files, etc.),

Setting up learner tracking features (statistics, certificates, progress tracking),

And installing the solution on my own server, ensuring that I can manage the platform autonomously afterward (course creation, user registrations, etc.).

I am open to solutions such as Moodle, LearnDash, or any other platform suited for self-hosting.

I have a requirements document ready that I can share with you to help assess the scope and timelines of the project.
I would like to start soon.

Before I send the requirements, could you please provide a rough budget estimate for such a project?
