Seeking a Web Programming team

Hello, We seek a web programming team that will not let us down. Our website is called www.newlitsa.com. The Team must have more than one programmer on staff in the event one working on our website becomes ill and cannot work on the website. We are not in the position to hire someone monthly, and the Team should be available when needed. The programmers must be highly experienced in Laravel, PHP, and HTML/XHTML, as well as experience in logic and databases. They must be able to troubleshoot and fix the bugs quickly instead of in days or weeks. The Team should be able to fix the website where it is working correctly and not make it a habit of a never-ending project. The Team should have a good command of the English language and be able to identify grammatical errors in the web content only in short sentences and correct them. The Team should have access to the internet daily with no shutdowns, work on the webpages on their servers, and upload the updates immediately. We will only consider web programmers or companies with 4.9 or 5 ratings. We will need three USA website owner references if you do not have a rating and are new on this board.
