Seeking PHP-Mailer Expert to Resolve 'Received From:' Header Issues

I'm currently seeking an individual with expertise to address some issues regarding headers in PHP-mailer.
Our infrastructure is composed of a central PHP-mailer server, supplemented by several external servers, each hosting a different SMTP.
However, a problem arises after we input the SMTP details into the PHP-mailer and dispatch an email to a Gmail account: there are numerous "Received from:" fields displayed, thereby revealing our primary server's hostname and IP address.
