Seeking PHP, Bootstrap Developer for Mobile Friendly modifications to HBCUpages.com

My website(s) hbcupages.com and collegecompass.com are php driven sites (non object-oriented). They are partially mobile friendly, but I would like for the to be very mobile friendly. I am not seeking a re-write, just changing the tables to divs, etc. This is probably a two or three week project.
