Seeking Expert to Modify Telemarketing Software - Twilio to Airtel IQ Integration

We need a complete telemarketing solution for our clients. With this solution, our clients can offer telemarketing services like live calling and sending text-to-speech messages to their customers. We don't want to create the software from scratch. We already bought a PHP script from Codecanyon. This script is a comprehensive telemarketing solution that can handles all telemarketing tasks. We have already installed it on our server and tested it, it's working fine.
But this software uses Twilio's API to make calls and send voice messages. However, we prefer to use Airtel IQ service instead of Twilio. We have already subscribed to the monthly business plan offered by Airtel IQ.
We are looking for someone who can modify the Codecanyon software to change its default service provider from Twilio to Airtel IQ. This way, we can connect our Airtel IQ account with the software.
