Seeking Developer for Redesign and Testing of Live Yii Framework Website

I am looking for someone to redesign my live website, which is developed using the Yii framework. The website needs to be reinstalled with a new design, and all functions must be thoroughly tested. Since the website is live, it cannot be interrupted during the process.
Unfortunately, the website cannot be copied to a subdomain, as it is a single-license website purchased from CodeCanyon: Karenderia Multiple Restaurant System.
Additionally, if you have a ready-made website system for Western Europe (similar to Grubhub but without UTP integration), please feel free to propose it as well.
I am unable to chat individually with every developer. Please send your timeframe and price proposals for the project. The project must first be accepted before I provide any access or data.
