Our application currently manages patient data through a patient list, and we want to integrate this data into various sections of the application to ensure a consistent and efficient user experience.
Project Scope:
The primary objective of this project is to link patient information to the following pages:
Visitation Page: When a user navigates to the visitation page, the patient's details should be fetched and displayed based on the patient's ID. This will help access relevant patient data quickly during visitation.
Add Appointments Page: On the add appointments page, the patient's information needs to be fetched dynamically using the patient's ID. This will facilitate the scheduling of appointments without the need for redundant data entry.
Prescription Page: Similarly, when users access the prescription page, the patient's specific data should be retrieved based on the patient's ID. This will streamline the prescription process, ensuring accurate issue of medications to the correct patient.
Medication History Page: Lastly, the medication history page should also utilize the patient's ID to fetch and display their medication history. This feature will enable healthcare practitioners to access the patient's past treatments efficiently.
