Security review of E-commerce store

I have several CS-Cart stores served from a common Admin platform. I wish to have this reviewed for security exposures and solutions to those exposures provided. This will need a security expert in php. I want the best, most skilled person for this role. For the right person, this will become a regular task as changes will continue on the store and the playing field evolves and I want my stores as secure as they can practically be, today and into the future.
