Secure my website contact form

I have a contact form on my site for customer enquiries but have been getting a lot of fake messages from it . I want the Form validation after geolocation of the IP address so that only customers from my country can fill in the form. Also Add Google reCAPTCHA. and any other security features that might help.
I would like the form function and look as it does now.
