Secure a site by changing passwords

I need some urgent help in securing a site by changing the winscp password and passwords to two myadmin php databases. Please let me know the price for what is a small job. The software being used is called codychat software and it’s related to two small chat rooms. It appears as if the site has been entered by somebody that is banning users.
