Secure requests which made via PHP using cURL dont work.

I have an issue with the secure requests made via PHP and cURL not working. My SEO plugin script cannot access content from my websites sitemap.xml file. In Summay PHP cannot get contents via curl from sitemal URL.
Debugging techniques Implemented
1, I have upgraded openssl to its latest version "OpenSSL 1.1.1t 7 Feb 2023"
2, I tried to upgrade curl version from "curl-7.29.0" to "curl-8.0.1", But curl-8.0.1 gives errors after running the "make & make test command"
I need CURL version upgraded and working effectively with OPENSSL.
I'm looking for an experienced developer who can solve this issue for me. The ideal candidate will be familiar with PHP, cURL & Openssl to make secure requests.
