About the Project
We’re building a Web3 Freelancer Platform—think Fiverr on the blockchain. Our goal is to remove intermediaries and enable decentralized freelance work using smart contracts to manage:
Payments and crypto escrow
Automatic payment release on job completion
On-chain dispute handling
This is an early-stage project with high potential for growth and impact. You’ll be joining as a core contributor in shaping a decentralized economy for freelance jobs.
Tech Stack
Frontend: React.js, TailwindCSS, WalletConnect
Smart Contracts: Solidity (EVM-compatible), Hardhat or Foundry
Wallet Integration: MetaMask, WalletConnect
Payments: Stablecoins or native crypto tokens (e.g., USDC, ETH)
Version Control: Git, GitHub
Optional: IPFS, The Graph, Chainlink
Responsibilities
Design and build core platform features (freelancer profiles, job posting, escrow system)
Develop, deploy, and test smart contracts (payments, escrow, dispute resolution)
Integrate Web3 wallet connections and crypto payment flow
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project manager (async, Agile-lite)
Ensure code is secure, gas-optimized, and well-documented
Requirements
2+ years experience in Web3 or full-stack development
Proficient in React.js and Solidity
Experience building and interacting with EVM-compatible smart contracts
Understanding of wallet integrations and crypto payment flows
Familiarity with security best practices in smart contract development
Strong Git and documentation skills
Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote startup-style environment
