I need a program/ website that requires a secure log in for different users that I can sell subscriptions to.
I want he website to be for financial services representatives doing financial plannning.
For example: a 67 year old client comes to me wanting to retire at 70.
If Social Security at 67 will be $2,500.00 per month. (The program will allow the Financial rep to input a inflation percentage for Social security to increase by each year : ie 2.5%: or deferring until age 70 and social security increases at 8% after full retirement age 67.6 = $2,980)
Also the program will sink with social security so if the client is a widow at 67.6 she can withdraw on her late spouse social security. The program should know that or show the option and how much it will be if we input the social security of the late spouse.
Next it should allow an invested $ amount (example $100,000) earning 5% per year from age 67 until 70 how much it will be worth at 70 and how much income the client can withdraw safely until age 90 or 95 also the age until is input but the represetative.
