Searching for PHP Experts for long time cooperation ideally #quickly

I am looking for a PHP expert with full-stack development skills for a long-term cooperation. Ideally maybe someone who understands also Gaming and E-sport or it's at least not something he would never heard. We need someone who can work effectively and fast, also get through lot or more code and find problems and solve them when it's necessary etc. Please just someone who is really very confident and experienced.
