Search people and job

I need an interactive maps where someone can insert a dynamic cv and the someone else can find a worker with animation graphics.
Every items for loading cv must created to me, I have to the possibility to add section or items wherever I want and every items will be named like I want.
The project will be an integration of the other sw.
