Search console doesn't index pages -- 2

Looking for an experienced developer to help me resolve an issue where Google Search Console isn't indexing pages on my WordPress website. I am not sure if there are any manual actions against my site, but I have submitted a sitemap to Google Search Console. Sitemap was listed since 2020, but somehow it doesnt index pages and/or sees click results. It says 13 clicks in the last 3 months, but it was actually around 60K.
