Search bar problem and image /document uploading problem in website.

Greetings for the day ! www.businessinfolink.com is a business directory website which lists businesses. It has Joomla CMS installed. The core functions are submission of business listings (through Listing forms), display of the listed business catalogs in home and inner pages, and searching the database through the home page search bar. We have both free and paid listing system with separate forms. Now we are having the following problem in the site.
In the listing form system:
1. In the silver package listing form, the image and documents are not getting uploaded (failed message coming) and hence not showing when the business catalog is published (Component>vendor> Unpublished vendor). On most occasions even the uploading buttons are not showing.
2. In the home page search bar, after typing a few characters in the “Search by product or services” field(the middle one), normally shows a drop-down menu of products or service names containing those characters. On selecting one from the list, it gets uploaded in the field after which on clicking the Go button , the businesses offering the same product or service will be shown(the catalog boxes). Now it is not showing the dropdown list and so the rest of the functions are not working either. The search functions should be able to show the dropdown menu as described above and should be able to show the relevant results and also sort on the basis of the “city” field if the same is also entered (i.e results matching both “Product/service” and city”).
Interested freelancers may have a look at them and inform about the time and cost for the work. For problem no -1, after the work, the functioning will be checked through mock submission of listing form and publishing the business catalog to see whether images are viewable in the webpage and documents can be downloaded by clicking the link.
