Search Record in MSQL

User should be able to search for a record using vehicle registration number and once they click on the search record button, it should display the results in the forms such as customer details, phone number, make and model etc. but should NOT include result for the policy number and duration Cover. once results are populated, the user should just change a few details and click on the Submit Button so that the record is submitted.
