Scroll data from a yellow page directory

I need to get data from a directory such as yellow pages. There are about 10’000 adresses and data to get. Result must be send in an Excel file or mysql database.
It is likely that the directory will block after an important number of request. You should probably use different IP and not make too many requests in a short time.
