Scripts based on Fedex API

I am looking for a freelancer to create scripts based on the Fedex API. I need the script to perform the specific functionality of calculating shipping rates, generate AWB, place order, delete order, delete AWB.
The script should operate independently and does not need to be integrated with any existing systems. I prefer the script to be written in PHP.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in PHP programming language
- Familiarity with the Fedex API
