Scripting for web extract - Xml/ Json to Mysql/ CSV

Looking for an experienced coder to write scripts to extract data from https://www.sec.gov/dera/data/financial-statement-data-sets.html which are in xbrl (xml) or json formats and feed it into mysql database and also provide a CSV / excel format.

Xpath option proposed can be considered. Any recent effective solution is invited as well.
