Script for data scrapping and API for monitoring

Hi, we need Script for data scrapping and API for monitoring that data.
1. Milestone -
Script to scrape data from European e-commerce marketplace (not Amazon, but quite big will provide name privately)
We are looking to get 5-10millions of rows (products) so script should be easy to use and be able to save data to excel file. We need "Title,stock qty,seller id, EAN, vat invoice(if seller provides, its public data),new(item condition) price" Of course 5-10million we want to get not at once, so it should be able to scrape data by category or brand.

After we get data, we filter and select relevant data. We would like to monitor price and stock qty and have daily updates to GoogleSheet file.
