Script to execute a trade on Bittrex

We need a script developed to use API from Bittrex to execute a buy order.

This attempt should happen every few seconds at a specific price to try for a successful trade.
We can supply you with cpanel credentials where you can place the script.
The ideal is to open the script (something like a PHP file) in a browser that refreshed every few seconds in order to try and execute the trade.
Or to execute script in cron and send email upon successful execution.
Upon successful trade, show a message and stop the loop.
